Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1992 No. 118 Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 PROCLAMATION I, Sir WALTER BENJAMIN CAMPBELL, Companion of the Order of Australia, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, Governor— (a) fix 30 June 1992 as the day on which the provisions of the Act (other than those mentioned in paragraph (b)) which are not in force, commence; and (b) fix 9 December 1992 as the day on which Divisions 5 and 6 of Part 4 of Chapter 2 of the Act commence.
