Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 16 A PROCLAMATION By His Excellency the Honourable John Murtagh Macrossan, Chief Justice of the State of Queensland and Administrator of the Government of the said State in the Commonwealth of Australia. MACROSSAN Administrator I, John Murtagh Macrossan, the Administrator aforesaid, do, by this my proclamation, appoint the fourteenth day of July 1991, as the day on which the Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Act 1991 , other than sections 1.1 and 1.2, commences. Given under my Hand and Seal at Government House, Brisbane, this eleventh day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one, and in the fortieth year of Her Majesty’s reign.
