Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 19 ————— Sugar Industry Act 1991 A PROCLAMATION By His Excellency the Honourable John Murtagh Macrossan, Chief Justice of the State of Queensland and the Administrator of the Government of the said State in the Commonwealth of Australia. MACROSSAN, Administrator I, John Murtagh Macrossan, the Administrator aforesaid, do, by this my proclamation, fix 15 July 1991 as the day on which the Sugar Industry Act1991 , other than sections 1.1 and 1.2, commences. Given under my Hand and Seal at Government House, Brisbane, this eleventh day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one, and in the fortieth year of Her Majesty’s reign.
