Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 101 ————— Vocational Education, Training and Employment Act 1991 A PROCLAMATION By His Excellency the Honourable Sir Walter Benjamin Campbell, Companion of the Order of Australia, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, Governor in and over the State of Queensland in the Commonwealth of Australia. CAMPBELL, Governor I, Sir Walter Benjamin Campbell, do, by this my proclamation, appoint 28 October 1991 as the day on which the Vocational Education, Trainingand Employment Act 1991 , other than sections 1.1 and 1.2, commences. Given under my Hand and Seal at Government House, Brisbane, this tenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one, and in the fortieth year of Her Majesty’s reign.
