2 No. 345, 2003 SCHEDULE 1. Part 6 commences 31 December 2003 . 2. The following provisions commence 5 January 2004— • part 2 heading • section 3 • section 6, other than to the extent it inserts new section 119(1A)(a). 3. The following provisions commence 27 January 2004— • sections 4 and 5 • section 6 to the extent it inserts new section 119(1A)(a) • sections 7 to 9 • part 5 heading • section 15 • section 16 to the extent it inserts the definitions “foreign regulatory authority”, “harm”, “indictable offence”, “interstate regulatory authority” and “serious offence” • sections 17 to 19, 21(1), 23, 27 and 29 to 39 • section 40, other than to the extent it inserts new section 74E • section 41, other than to the extent it inserts new section 97. 4.
