Queensland Proclamation Subordinate Legislation 2004 No. 141 made under the Child Safety Legislation Amendment Act 2004 [Act No. 13 of 2004] I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor, fix the days stated in the schedule for the commencement of the provisions of the Act stated in the schedule. Schedule 2 No. 141, 2004 1 Sections 9, 10, 13, 15 to the extent it inserts section 194(2), 16 to the extent it inserts section 246A(1)(b)(ii), 17 to the extent it inserts section 248, 59 to 78, 87(1) to the extent it omits definitions carer and visitable site , and 87(2) to the extent it inserts definitions carer , visitable home and visitable site commence 1 September 2004 . 2 The provisions that are not in force and not otherwise commenced under this proclamation commence 1 August 2004 .
