Queensland Proclamation Subordinate Legislation 2007 No. 336 made under the Local Government and Other Legislation (Indigenous RegionalCouncils) Amendment Act 2007 [Act No. 59 of 2007] I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor, fix the days stated in the schedule for the commencement of the provisions of the Act stated in the schedule. Schedule 2 No. 336, 2007 1 Part 2, heading, section 3, and section 46, to the extent it omits an existing part 10 and inserts a new part 10, heading and a new section 81, commence on 14 December 2007. 2 The provisions that are not in force and not otherwise commenced under this proclamation commence on 15 March 2008.
