Proclamation Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction Reform and Modernisation Amendment Act 2010 Schedule 1 The following provisions commence on 1 September 2010 — • parts 3, 10 and 17 to 20 • part 6 other than— • sections 49 to 54 • section 55 to the extent it inserts section 145 • part 11 other than— • sections 70(1), 73, 75, 76, 78 to 81 and 85 to 90 • section 92 to the extent it inserts sections 276 to 278 • part 12 other than sections 95 and 96 • part 13 other than sections 98 and 100 to 105 • part 21 other than sections 135 to 138 and 141 to 143. 2 The provisions that are not in force and not otherwise commenced under this proclamation commence on 1 November 2010 .
