Proclamation Queensland Building and Construction Commission and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014 Schedule 1 The following provisions commence on 15 December 2014 — • sections 3, 5 to 10, 13, 14(1) and (3), 15, 17, 25, 26(2), 29, 37 to 41, 42(1)–(2), 43 to 46, 47(1)–(3) and (6), 48 to 53 and 55 to 58 • section 59 to the extent it inserts part 11, divisions 1, 2 (other than sections 57 to 59), 3 and 6 • section 61(1) to the extent it omits the definition disciplinary proceeding • section 61(2) to the extent it inserts the definitions consequential damage and direction to rectify or remedy • section 61(3) • schedule 1, amendments 1 and 2 of the PestManagement Act 2001 . 2 Sections 11 and 12 commence on 1 January 2015 .
