Queensland Subordinate Legislation 2000 No. 350 Environmental Protection and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2000 [Act No. 64 of 2000] PROCLAMATION I, MAJOR GENERAL PETER ARNISON, Governor, fix 1 January 2001 as the day for the commencement of the provisions of the Act that are not in force, other than the provisions mentioned in the schedule.
