Proclamation commencing certain provisions (Qld)

Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1998 No. 52 Environmental and Other Legislation Amendment Act 1997 PROCLAMATION I, PAUL de JERSEY, Administrator of the Government— (a) fix 30 March 1998 as the day on which sections 12, 13, 26, 31 and 35 (so far as it relates to the omission of section 220(2)(k) and the insertion of a new section 220(2)(k)) commence; and (b) fix 1 July 1998 as the day on which sections 5 to 11, 14, 15, 18, 28(1), 37 (so far as it relates to the entry for sections 60A, 60C(2) and 60E(5)(b)), 39(1) and 39(2) (so far as it relates to the definitions “approval” , “level 1 approval” and “level 2 approval” ) commence; and (c) fix 6 July 1998 as the day on which the remaining provisions of the Act (other than section 20) that are not in force commence.
