Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1998 No. 122 Civil Justice Reform Act 1998 PROCLAMATION I, PAUL DE JERSEY, Administrator of the Government, fix 1 July 1998 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act commence— • part 2 (other than section 4(2)) • section 4(2) (to the extent it inserts the definitions “client agreement”, “costs”, “court”, “fees” and “firm”) • section 18 • section 27 and schedule 2 (to the extent they amend the LegalPractitioners Act 1995 ).
