Proclamation commencing certain provisions (Qld)

Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1997 No. 77 Workplace Relations Act 1997 PROCLAMATION I, JOHN MURTAGH MACROSSAN, Administrator of the Government, fix 27 March 1997 as the day on which— (a) section 494(1)(a) of the WorkplaceRelationsAct1997 commences, to the extent it repeals the Industrial Relations Act1990 , other than the following provisions— (i) part 14, other than sections 387, 476, 477, 479 and 480; (ii) the other provisions of that Act as far as they relate to part 14, other than sections 387, 476, 477, 479 and 480; and (b) the other provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1997 that are not in force commence.
