Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1996 No. 402 Health Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 1996 PROCLAMATION I, LENEEN FORDE, Governor— (a) fix 20 December 1996 as the day on which the provisions of the Act, other than the following provisions, that are not in force commence— • section 8, to the extent that it inserts new Health Services Act1991 , part 3 • section 10, to the extent that it inserts new Health ServicesAct 1991 , part 6, division 1 • part 3 • schedule, to the extent that it amends the QueenslandInstitute of Medical Research Act 1945 by amendments 2 to 4 and 11; and (b) fix 7 April 1997 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act are to commence— • part 3
