Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1994 No. 128 Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 PROCLAMATION I, LENEEN FORDE, Governor, fix 15 April 1994 as the day on which the provisions of the Act that are not in force commence, other than— • sections 86 and 87; • Schedule 3, amendments of the following Acts— • • Harbours Act 1955 ; • • State Transport (People-Movers) Act 1989 ; • • Urban Public Passenger Transport Act 1984 ; • Schedule 3, amendment 5 of TransportInfrastructure(Roads)Act 1991 (Omission of Part).
