Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1992 No. 108 Queensland Building Services Authority Act 1991 PROCLAMATION I, Sir WALTER BENJAMIN CAMPBELL, Companion of the Order of Australia, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, Governor, fix— (a) 1 June 1992 as the day on which Divisions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Part 7 commence; and (b) 1 July 1992 as the day on which the provisions of the Act that are not in force, commence.
