Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 32 A PROCLAMATION By His Excellency the Honourable Bruce Harvey McPherson, Acting Chief Justice of the State of Queensland and Administrator of the Government of the State in the Commonwealth of Australia. McPHERSON, Administrator I, Bruce Harvey McPherson, do, by this my proclamation, fix 1 August 1991 as the day on which the provisions of the Friendly Societies Act 1991 that are not in force (other than sections 3.10 and 6.2 to 6.7) commence.
