CAMPBELL, Governor I, Sir Walter Benjamin Campbell, Governor, appoint 1 September 1991 as the day on which sections 4 and 6, Divisions 2, 3 and 4 and Subdivision 4 of Division 5 of Part II, and section 87 of the UniversityofCentralQueensland Act 1989 commence.
