Proclamation commencing certain provisions (Qld)

Queensland Proclamation Subordinate Legislation 2004 No. 186 made under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 [Act No. 6 of 2004] I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor, fix 1 October 2004 for the commencement of the provisions of the Act that are not in force, other than the provisions of the Act stated in the schedule.
