I, the Governor, acting under the Children and Community Services Amendment Act 2010 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 31 January 2011 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Part 1, come into operation.

Note: Under regulation 2(b) of the Children and Community Services Amendment

Regulations 2010, regulation 4 of those regulations comes into operation when the Children and Community Services Amendment Act 2010 section 72 comes into operation.
