I, the Governor, acting under the Children and Community Services Act 2004 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 March 2006 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 3 and 102 and Schedule 2 clauses 9(2) and 25, come into operation.
