I, the Governor, acting under the Cannabis Law Reform Act 2010 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 August 2011 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation. Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 26 July 2011.

Note: Under the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2011

regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Cannabis Law Reform Act 2010 Part 3 comes into operation.
