I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under section 2 of the Business

Tax Review (Assessment) Act (No. 2) 2008 and with the advice and consent of the

Executive Council, fix 1 July 2004 as the day on which sections 80, 81(1)(a), 82, 83,
85, 87(9), 93, 94 and 95(5)(b) of that Act, come into operation.
