I, the Governor, acting under the Bush Fires Amendment Act 2009 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 December 2009 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 1 December 2009.

Note: Under the Bush Fires Amendment Regulations 2009 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Bush Fires Amendment Act 2009 section 7 comes into operation.
