I, the Governor, acting under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 section 2(1) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which Part 2 Divisions 11 and 14 of that Act come into operation.
