Part. 2 Divisions 1 and 2, sections 23-26, 33-35, 40-42 and 44. Part. 3, Part. 7

Div. 4, sections 183-186, 193 and Part. 9.

1, the Governor, acting under the Biosecurity and Agric u lture Management (Repeal and Consequential Protvisions) Act. 2007 section 2 (2), (4) and (5) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 May 2013 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act come into operat.ion-

Part. 2 Divisions 4 and 5, sections 28, 29 and 30A. Part. 2 Division 8, Part. 2 Division 10, Part. 2 Divisions 12 and 13. Part. 2 Divisions 15-17, section 84, sections 86-88. sections 90 and 91 and sections 93-95.

Under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Identification and ?blovemenf. of Stock and Apiaries) Regulations 2013 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come int.eoperation on the day on which the Biosecurit y and Agriculture Management

(Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 section 79 comes into
operation.
Under the Veterinary Chemical Control and Animal Feeding Stuffs
Amendment Regulations 2013 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those
regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day
on which the Biosecurity and Agriculture !Management (Repeal and
Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 section 20 comes into operation.
Under the Veterinary Chemical Control and Animal Feeding Stuffs Order

regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Biosecurity
