I, the Governor, acting under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which Part 1, other than sections 1 and 2, Part 2 Division 6, Part 7 Division 1, and sections 181 and 187 come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 23 October 2007.
