I, the Governor, acting under the Bail Amendment Act 2008 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 March 2009 as the day on which Parts 2 and 3 of that Act come into operation.

Note:
Under regulation 2(b) of the Bail Amendment Regulations 2009, those regulations, other than
regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Bail Amendment Act 2008
Part 2 comes into operation.
Under regulation 2(b) of the Civil Judgments Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2009, those
regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Bail
Amendment Act 2008 Part 2 comes into operation.
Under regulation 2(b) of the Criminal Procedure Amendment Regulations 2009, those
regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Bail
Amendment Act 2008 Part 2 comes into operation.
Under regulation 2(b) of the Magistrates Court Amendment Regulations 2009, those
regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Bail

Amendment Act 2008 Part 2 comes into operation.
