under the

Public Finance and Audit Act 1983

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation amend Schedule 2 to that Act by inserting the following matter in alphabetical order of statutory bodies:

Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales

Explanatory note

The Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 constituted the Lifetime Care and
Support Authority of New South Wales.
The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act
1983 to include the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales in the list of

statutory bodies in that Schedule.
