under the

Police Act 1990

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 of the Police Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act by omitting the matter “Deputy Commissioner (2 positions)” and by inserting instead the matter “Deputy Commissioner (3 positions)”.
