under the

Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal Act 1980

MARIE BASHIR, Governor

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (9) of the Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal Act 1980, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 4 (Employing authorities) to that Act by inserting, in alphabetical order of authorities, the following:

Sydney Catchment Authority

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to include the Sydney Catchment Authority as an employing authority for the purposes of the Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal Act 1980.
