No 152—Proclamation*

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by omitting “Urban Affairs and” from the matter relating to the “Department of Urban Affairs and Planning”.

Explanatory note
The object of this proclamation is to update Schedule 3 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence of a change of name from “Department of Urban Affairs and Planning” to“Department of Planning”.

This proclamation is made under section 45B of the Act.
