Note. Under the Agriculture and Related Resources Protection (Re als and Amendments) Regulations 2010 regulation 2(h). the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations l and 2 come into operation on the day on wh ich the Agriculture and Relater' Resources Protection Amendment Act 2010 section l l comes into operation.
