I, the Governor, acting under section 2(1) of the Adoption Amendment Act (No. 2) 2008, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 June 2003 as the day on which that Act, other than sections 5(4) and (5), 42(1) and (3), 44, 51, 53, 54, 56, 57, 59, 60 and 86(2), (4) and (5), comes into operation.
