I, the Governor, acting under the Acts Amendment (Justice) Act 2008 section 2(d) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council—

(a)

fix 31 July 2008 as the day on which Parts 2 and 7 and section 132 of that Act come into operation; and

(b)

fix 30 September 2008 as the day on which Parts 3 to 6 (other than section 24), Parts 8 to 18 (other than section 39), and Parts 20 to 26 (other than section 132) of that Act come into operation; and

(c)

fix 31 October 2008 as the day on which Part 19 of that Act comes into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 1 July 2008.
