I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Acts Amendment (Fines Enforcement and Licence Suspension) Act 2000, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 5 February 2001 as the day on which that Act comes into operation.

The commencement of the Acts Amendment (Fines Enforcement and Licence Suspension) Act 2000, as fixed by the above proclamation, also brings into operation the following subsidiary legislation as published in the Gazette-
