I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Acts Amendment (Family and Domestic Violence) Act 2004 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which section 57 of that Act comes into operation.
