I, the Governor, acting under the Acts Amendment (Consent to Medical Treatment) Act 2008 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which Parts 3 and 4 of that Act come into operation.
