Teacher Accreditation Act 2004

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 28 (3) of the Teacher

Accreditation Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2018 for the purposes of

section 28 (3) of the Teacher Accreditation Act 2004.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to appoint 1 January 2018 as the date on and from which a school teacher (who was employed as a school teacher before 1 October 2004 and has remained employed as a school teacher) is required to be accredited under the Teacher Accreditation Act 2004.
