Teacher Accreditation Act 2004

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 28 (4) of the Teacher Accreditation Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 July 2016 for the purposes of section 28 (4) of the Teacher Accreditation Act 2004.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to appoint 18 July 2016 as the date on and from which a teacher at an early childhood centre will be required to be accredited under the Teacher Accreditation Act 2004.
