STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE PROCESSED MILK PRODUCTS BOUNTY ACT 1962-1963.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Processed Milk Products Bounty Regulations.
“(1.) An application for bounty in respect of a processed milk product shall be lodged with the Secretary—
(
a ) if the product was exported on or before the thirtieth day of June, 1963—on or before the thirty-first day of October, 1963; or(
b ) if the product was exported on or after the first day of July, 1963—within twenty-eight days after the end of the month in which the product was exported or within such extended period as the Secretary allows, having regard to the circumstances of the particular case.
“(1a.) An application shall be accompanied by—
(
a ) a declaration by the producer of the processed milk product; and(
b ) a copy of the export entry made under section 114 of theCustoms Act 1901-1963 in respect of the processed milk product.”.
