BE it
enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of
Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
Short
title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Processed Milk Products Bounty Act 1967.
(2.) The Processed
Milk Products Bounty Act 1962-1966, as amended by this Act, may be cited as
the Processed Milk Products Bounty Act 1962-1967.
Definitions.
2. Section 3 of the Processed
Milk Products Bounty Act 1962-1966 is amended by omitting from the
definition of “year to which this Act applies” the words “or the next
succeeding year” and inserting in their stead the words “or any of the six
years next succeeding that year”.
