Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Proceeds of Crime Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on 14 July 2006.

Amendment of Proceeds of Crime Regulations 1987

Schedule 1 amends the Proceeds of Crime Regulations 1987.

Remuneration of Official Trustee

For paragraph 55 (1) (b) of the Act, the amount of remuneration payable to the Official Trustee in respect of the performance or exercise by the Official Trustee of functions, duties or powers is $50 for each period of 15 minutes, or part of 15 minutes.
