This regulation may be cited as the Private Pleasure Vessels Amendment Regulation 1992 . Amended regulations 2. The Navigation (Registration of Private Pleasure Vessels) Regulations 1984 are amended as set out in this regulation. Name of provision units 3.(1) A provision of the Navigation (Registration of Private Pleasure Vessels) Regulations 1984 that was, immediately before the

(2) A provision of the Navigation (Registration of Private Pleasure Vessels) Regulations 1984 that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a subregulation may be called a subsection. (3) A reference in the Navigation (Registration of Private Pleasure Vessels) Regulations 1984 to a regulation or subregulation of the regulations designated by a number is a reference to a section or subsection of the regulations designated by that number. Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 4. Section 1— omit, insert— ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Private Pleasure Vessels Regulation 1984. ’. Amendment of s.21 (Replacement registration label) 5. Section 21— omit— ‘ for the purpose of these Regulations on payment by the owner of the fee prescribed in Schedule II ’. Amendment of Schedule 2 (Fees) 6. Schedule 2— omit ‘ Fee for replacement registration label . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $7.00 ’.
