I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Private Hospitals and Day Procedure Centres Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1990 as the day on which that Act (section 37 excepted) commences.
