1. Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Risk Equalisation Administration) Amendment Rules 2007 (No. 1).
2. Commencement
These Rules commence on the day after they are registered.
3. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Risk Equalisation Administration) Rules 2007
The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Risk Equalisation Administration) Rules 2007.
Schedule―Amendments
[1] Rule 9 ―Interpretation
Delete the definition of nursing-home type patient and the accompanying Note, substitute
nursing-home type patient has the same meaning as in the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules, made under section 333-20 of the Act, as in force from time to time.
