Part 1Preliminary

Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Registration) Amendment Rules 2015 (No. 1).

2.Commencement

These Rules commence on the day after registration.

3.Authority

These Rules are made under the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

4.Schedule

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
