1Name

This instrument is the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Amendment Rules (No. 3) 2022.

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 Schedule 1, Part 1, Prostheses List – Part A, table item 10.07 – Arterial Closure Devices

Repeal the item.

2 Schedule 1, Part 3 – Prostheses List – Part C

Repeal and replace the table.

3 Schedule 1, Part 4 – Prostheses List – Part D, table item 10.07 – Arterial Closure Devices

Repeal and replace the item.
