This instrument is the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2020.

2Commencement

This instrument commences immediately after the commencement of the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules (No. 1) 2020.

3Authority

This instrument is made under item 4 of the table in section 333-20 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

4Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in Schedule 1, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

    Schedule 1, Part 1, Prostheses List – Part A, 06.03- SKELETAL RECONSTRUCTION, 06.03.15 - Bone Graft Substitute, 06.03.15.02 - Ceramic, >5cc - 10cc (table item dealing with billing code WR004)

    Repeal the item.

    Schedule 1, Part 1, Prostheses List – Part A, 06.03- SKELETAL RECONSTRUCTION, 06.03.15 - Bone Graft Substitute, 06.03.15.02 - Ceramic, >5cc - 10cc (cell at table item dealing with billing code WR003, column headed “Minimum Benefit”)

    Repeal the cell, substitute:

    $1,449.00
