These Rules are the
Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Amendment Rules 2014 (No. 3) .
These Rules commence on 6 December 2014.
These Rules are made under the
Private Health Insurance Act 2007 .
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
